Took my own car for it's MOT today. It passed.
It's done 2,800 miles in the last year.
The taxi I drive has done about 15,000 miles in the last 4 month

Similar ratio with mine car / van; bought the car because we were told we would be transferring to car allowance for work but after a year I'm still waiting
